Invitation to Participate at 'BCS ITExpo 2008'

We are delighted to bring to your kind notice that Bangladesh Computer Samity is going to organize 'BCS ITExpo 2008' at ECS Computer City, Multiplan Centre, 69-71 New Elephant Road, Dhaka-1205, which is the most popular computer and IT market place at the heart of the capital city, during 30 March - 05 April 2008. The ITExpo will take place in fully covered area of around one lac sft on 8 floors (from 4th to 11th floor) of the Multiplan Centre. As such it is expected that the event will be the ever biggest of its kind in the history of Bangladesh. World's leading brands of computer and information technology will showcase their latest products, techniques and technologies at the Expo. Thus it will be a great opportunity for you to promote, explore and market your products, services and technologies to the millions of onlookers coming to the Expo everyday.

As such we would like to take the opportunity to request you to participate at the 'BCS ITExpo 2008' as our most valued exhibitors.

In order to provide advantage to the exhibitors in terms of space rent, we have offered early bird discount till March 11, 2008. The space rent is provided hereunder:

Category 1: Shop Owners/Renters (5th floor to 10th floor)

Category 2: Non-shop Owners/Non-renters (4th floor)

In this connection, we would like to point out here with gratefulness that the companies who previously  registered as exhibitors at 'BCS Computer show 2007' upon depositing booking money for stalls / pavilions and did not get back their deposited amount from BCS, will automatically avail the Early Bird Discount opportunity. Nevertheless, while they would kindly participate at the upcoming 'BCS ITExpo 2008', their previously deposited amount will be adjusted based on the space that they would like to rent at the ITExpo, meaning that the excess of amount which BCS woe to them will be paid to them and incase they woe to BCS depending on space area they would like to rent at the Multiplan Centre for the ITExpo. Further, we are happy to announce that while allocating stalls at the Multiplan Centre based on first-come-first-serve basis, the cases of previously registered companies will be prioritized.

The application form is enclosed herewith, which the applicant should fill up and submit to BCS.

Lastly, we would like to inform you all that we are in process of formulating detailed rules & regulations for the BCS ITExpo 2008, which we shall make in public soon.

We are eagerly looking forward to hearing from you in this regard meeting the deadline on 6th March,2008 to avail to Early Bird discount advantage.
