NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) 2006

Date: December 10, 2006

This is notified that the Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) for the year 2006 will be held on Monday, December 25, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. at PANSHEE, THE LAKE FRONT RESTAURANT, Sector # 5, Road # 10, Dhanmondi, Dhaka – 1205 (south-west to Kalabagan Krira Chakra). The AGM will be followed by dinner at the same venue.

The Agenda:
Agenda 1: To confirm the minutes of the last AGM held on December 28, 2005
Agenda 2: To receive and adopt the annual report of BCS for the year 2006
Agenda 3: To receive and pass the audited accounts of BCS for the year 2006
Agenda 4: Write-off long outstanding receivables of BCS
Agenda 5: To appoint auditors for the year 2007 and fix their remuneration
Agenda 6: Any other business with the permission of the chair

Members are requested to kindly attend the meeting and dinner in time.
