that the Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Computer
Samity for the year 2005 will be held on Wednesday, December
28, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. at XINXIAN Restaurant, House # 2
(New), Road # 9 (New), Mirpur Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka –
1205. The AGM will be followed by dinner at the same venue.
The Agenda:
Agenda 1: To confirm the minutes of the last AGM held
on December 29, 2004
Agenda 2: To receive and adopt the annual report of BCS
for the year 2005
Agenda 3: To receive and pass the audited accounts of
BCS for the year 2005
Agenda 4: To appoint auditors for the year 2006 and fix
their remuneration
Agenda 5: Any other business with the permission of the
chair
Agenda 6: To introduce newly elected office bearer of
BCS for the term 2006-2007
Members are requested to kindly attend the meeting and
dinner in time.
