Photocopy of Trade License issued by concerned authority of Bangladesh Government
Photocopy of Memorandum of Association / Partnership agreement
Photocopy of Updated Income Tax Certificate
Photocopy of VAT registration Certificate
Photocopy of Bank Solvency Certificate
Two years experience in Bangladesh ICT market

Registration Fee is Tk. 4,000/= , payable in crossed check or Pay Order in favor of "Bangladesh Computer Samity".
Annual Subscription Fee is Tk. 2,000/=
